Description:
Join us for three days of healing and rejuvenation in a lovely lakeside retreat center. Each day you will have the opportunity to:
• Explore family constellations together in a safe, caring circle of women
• Resolve personal concerns in a private one-on-one setting with one of the facilitators
• Choose from a range of healing modalities such as Somatic Experiencing (a gentle process for healing trauma), NLP, Hypnotherapy guided meditation, spiritual counseling , massage and infrared sauna to support your healing and discovery
• Rest, read, journal, enjoy creative art work, movies ,nature . . .
• Delight in fresh, delicious meals & lovely accommodations.
