It all starts in the chair with the initial meeting and interview. Good chair work enables effective floor, table, or zoom work. You will no longer have to “put it on the floor” to figure out where to tap.

During my life, I’ve been gifted by knowing and learning from many different experts in diverse fields from human communication to process work and more. Each of these experts have given me a different lens through which to view constellation work.

Out of these many gifts, I have distilled and tested and refined my approach to finding the most potent way to teach this work, so that coaches, consultants, therapists, and constellation facilitators can boost their skill, effectiveness, and thus confidence, in their work.

Logistics

• Lodging & meals on your own. We are located about a mile and a half from I-5, and about 20 miles South of Portland, Oregon. Several small towns are nearby that have bed& breakfast style accommodations, as well as typical hotel chains available in towns within about a 10-minute drive from our farm.

• Once you register, we will do our best to connect you with other participants so that you can arrange to share accommodations and transportation to and from the venue.

• The Red Barn event space offers a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot water heater for tea. Three flavors of teas and ground coffee for the coffee maker are provided. Don’s famous chocolate chip cookies will undoubtably make an appearance as well.

Changing our ways is hard, yet necessary to if we want to get different results in our lives. Over the past two and a half decades of working with people who want to change (or to change someone else!), my clients, students, and workshop participants have taught me a lot. I’ve been gifted by working with several wonderful teachers who have helped me help others more effectively.

I want to work myself out of a job as fast as possible so that people can get on with their lives, so I've been keenly interested in what works.
