I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to participate in this training with Jane. Her deep knowledge, calm demeanor, excellent boundaries, and love of this work were a powerful blend resulting in a rich learning experience. Jane creates a supportive and safe space for learning, practicing, and orienting to this complex and powerful work. Jane's mix of professionalism, warmth, accessibility, and ethics make for an incredible learning experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in Organizational Constellation work.

Praise for Jane and the trainings:
I highly recommend this course for anyone with an interest in looking 'under the surface' at what goes on, or even more interesting, at what doesn't go on in organizations.
Jane Peterson is a highly experienced and skilled instructor who has an amazing ability in helping her trainees to 'see the unseen'. She provides course participants with a very safe, relaxed and non-threatening platform in which to develop their own self-awareness. Her skilled tutoring enables her participants to find routes to expand their knowledge, skills and to develop core competencies as facilitators. While it is impossible to cover in detail the expansive amount of material Jane introduces throughout the course she gives trainees a clear roadmap on how to access additional information and take responsibility for their own learning.
It was a pleasure to have had the opportunity of participating in this learning programme; it was practical, good value and it 'whet my appetite’ for more!
Thank You Jane and the HSI.
